About Kelly Calley
Kelly Calley is Director of UCO Operations at Universal Consulting Opportunities (UCO), a global subsidiary of Stellar MLS. She leads domestic and global operations, aligning teams, partners, and strategic initiatives across complex projects.
Before joining UCO, Kelly served as Chief of Staff at the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), where she supported the organization's strategic development and advocacy for the value of MLS. She previously founded Calley Consulting, advising major U.S. brands on strategy, market research, and leadership communication.
Kelly is a member of the International MLS Forum Organization Committee. She holds the CMLX1 designation and is a Certified Executive Facilitator.
