Welcoming Kelly Calley to the IMLSF Organization Committee
by We are pleased to welcome Kelly Calley (USA) as a Member of the International MLS Forum (IMLSF) Organization Committee.
Kelly currently serves as Director of Operations at Universal Consulting Opportunities (UCO), a global subsidiary of Stellar MLS, one of the largest MLSs in the United States. In this role, she leads both domestic and global operations, aligning teams, partners, and strategic initiatives to deliver operational excellence across complex global projects.
With a career deeply rooted in the MLS ecosystem, Kelly brings a unique combination of operational leadership, strategic planning, and global industry perspective.
Prior to joining UCO, Kelly served as Chief of Staff at the CMLS – Council of Multiple Listing Services, where she helped reposition the organization into a high‑impact trade association advocating for the value of MLS in the real estate industry.
During her tenure, CMLS strengthened its legal advocacy efforts with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, reinforcing the critical role MLS plays in transparent and competitive markets.
Kelly also previously founded Calley Consulting, advising major U.S. brands on strategy, market research, and leadership communication.
She holds the CMLX1 designation and is a Certified Executive Facilitator.
At IMLSF and through the GDX – Global Data Exchange initiative, our mission is to strengthen global collaboration, promote MLS standards, and support transparent real estate markets across borders.
Kelly’s experience working at the intersection of MLS operations, industry advocacy, and international collaboration makes her an invaluable addition to the team as we continue expanding the global MLS conversation.
