About Zuhtu Esiyok
Zuhtu Esiyok is the GDX and International MLS Forum Ambassador for Turkiye. Based in Istanbul, he is Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Hills, a certified NAR instructor, and an experienced real estate professional.

Zühtü Esiyok is a distinguished professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Broker/Owner of the RE/MAX Hills franchise in Istanbul, Turkiye. He began his career with a strong educational background, graduating from Boğaziçi University in 1989 with a degree in English. Before venturing into real estate, Esiyok accumulated significant experience in sales, marketing, and business development. He held various roles at Pearson, one of the world’s largest educational publishers, where he worked across Turkiye, the UK, and the Middle East.
In 2015, Esiyok established the RE/MAX Hills office, where he has become known for his expertise in luxury real estate, office spaces, and residential properties. His success is attributed to his deep market knowledge, customer-centric approach, and a commitment to continuous learning. Esiyok is also a certified NAR instructor and holds several real estate designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
In addition to his work at RE/MAX, Esiyok co-founded Kiraplus, a PropTech startup focused on modernizing the real estate sector through technology-driven solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset have made him a key figure in the Turkish real estate industry.
