Welcoming Fargia Lamrabet to the International MLS Forum

Fargia Lamrabet is a digital, data, and AI transformation executive working at the intersection of technology, AI, and innovation. With more than 20 years of experience across government and global enterprises, she specializes in designing digital ecosystems that enable data‑driven markets, operational excellence, and large‑scale transformation.
She currently advises the leadership of the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) on digital, data, and AI strategy, contributing to the development of next‑generation real estate market infrastructure, regulatory technology, and data platforms that enhance transparency, efficiency, and decision‑making in Abu Dhabi’s property sector.
Prior to this role, she served as Group Chief Digital Officer at Unifrutti, where she led the company’s global digital transformation across agricultural operations spanning multiple continents. Her work focused on building enterprise data platforms, deploying AI‑enabled decision systems, modernizing business applications, and establishing scalable digital operating models to support operational efficiency and growth.
Earlier in her career, she designed and built the digital and technology ecosystem for Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, including Louvre Abu Dhabi, Zayed National Museum | متحف زايد الوطني, and the district’s other museums.
She established the district’s digital backbone — spanning smart building infrastructure, enterprise and operational systems, and visitor platforms supporting museum operations and visitor experience.
Her career also includes major transformation programs for international organizations such as BNP Paribas, AXA, and Europcar, focusing on enterprise systems modernization, infrastructure consolidation, and digital transformation across global operations.
