I understand that as a Speaker, I will have guidelines and expectations for my presentation.

I understand that failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in my session being canceled or not being permitted to speak at future conferences.

Guidelines:

• Presentations must not be product pitches. You may discuss your product and your technologies, but the nature of your session must not be focused on a pitch.
• Presentations must be submitted in their final format by the deadline provided by the organization team at International MLS Forum. Last minute changes will not be accepted.
• If a speaker chooses to speak without doing a presentation, you may opt out with prior notice.
• All speakers must adhere to the time allotment given.
• The International MLS Forum may reuse my presentation for future marketing purposes.
• The International MLS Forum activities are governed by the International MLS Forum as published on the website.
• The International MLS Forum reserves all rights to the filmed and photographed materials captured by all media groups present at the venue.
• Any published film or picture must include the hashtag #MLSFORUM and provide a proper link to the social media profiles and website of the International MLS Forum.
• Within 30 working days from the event, the International MLS Forum will begin publishing media content, including photos and videos of panels, events, and interviews with attendees. Sponsors will have priority access to these media files.
