About Shayne Fairley
Shayne Fairley is Chief Executive Officer of Stellar MLS. His appointment was announced on March 3, 2026, following his tenure as Chief Operations Officer.
He joined Stellar MLS in 2005 and has worked across training, compliance, data services and operations. He became Chief Operations Officer in 2017. In 2026, he was elected to the Council of Multiple Listing Services Board of Directors; he also serves on the Real Estate Standards Organization Board of Directors.
