Razan is a Global Real Estate Advisor and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) with a strong background in cross-border investment strategies, EB‑5 consulting, and PropTech innovation.
Her experience spans commercial and residential real estate, working across markets including the United States and the MENA region. She brings a global perspective, multilingual capability (Arabic & English), and deep experience in bridging markets between regions.
Her focus on international real estate collaboration and transparency aligns strongly with the mission of GDX and the International MLS Forum.

Dina Badr joins the Media Team of the International MLS Forum & GDX, bringing a strategic combination of real estate market experience and professional media leadership. With a background across brokerage and real estate-focused business development, she understands the structural forces that shape property markets and international collaboration.
At the same time, as a TV presenter, actress, and director, she specializes in translating complex industry conversations into clear, compelling media narratives. At IMLSF+ and GDX, she contributes to elevating global communication around trusted data, standards-driven cooperation, and the future of interoperable real estate ecosystems.
Together, they will help strengthen our media presence, enhance global storytelling, and support the continued growth of a standards-based, federated international MLS ecosystem.
