Dr. Mathew Kallumadil is a seasoned technology leader and strategic innovator currently serving as the Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Stellar MLS, the third-largest Multiple Listing Service in North America. With a strong focus on digital transformation, he has spearheaded major technological changes, enhancing business intelligence and data science capabilities to support a customer base of more than 85,000 real estate professionals.
Mathew’s leadership has been instrumental in transitioning organizational processes and culture toward agile and data-driven practices, improving operational efficiencies and strategic decision-making. His key achievements include establishing robust technology governance policies, integrating AI technologies, and ensuring seamless transitions to remote work environments during critical times.
Previously, Mathew led technology and innovation at the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton, where he transformed the service-centric setup into an enterprise-grade technology stack, and at IBM, where he managed high-stakes international, multi-lingual software projects.
A holder of a Ph.D. in Nanophysics from UCL, UK, and equipped with an MBA elective award from London Business School, Mathew combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen. His work is complemented by his involvement in numerous speaking engagements and his proactive participation in shaping industry standards through advisory roles and professional groups.
