Marion Weiler is Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Stellar MLS, the third-largest multiple listing service in the United States.

With more than 20 years of international experience and more than a decade in the real estate industry, Marion is an accomplished global and strategic business and marketing leader. She has a broad scope of experiences with some of the biggest brands, including Sotheby’s International Realty, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and its global luxury program, BMW (USA), and IBM (Germany). In addition, she has led business operations guiding European and North American partners and customer organizations to ensure success across geographies within the construction industry.
Through her professional experiences, Marion is knowledgeable about the opportunities and challenges involved in navigating international environments, and the importance of understanding and adjusting to cross-cultural differences.

Marion has served as International Course Instructor focused on strategic marketing and planning at The University of Winnipeg in Canada and was an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Hochschule Mainz – University of Applied Sciences in Germany. Marion holds an MBA degree in Marketing Management from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and International Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences Nürtingen (Germany). She is fluent in English and German and proficient in French.

Marion is a Board Member of the Central Florida International Chamber of Commerce and Advisor to the UCF Advisory Board Council.
