Listing+ Joins the GDX Network, Establishing Italy’s Federated Node for Standards‑Based International Listing Exchange

ROME, ITALY – February 18 , 2026 – Listingplus.it today announced that Italy has joined the GDX – Global Data Exchange network, consist of 8 countries and 4 continents, with the first Italian MLS/CRM platform serving as the technical foundation for Italy’s participation as a GDX Node / Market Connection.
The move expands international connectivity for public listings while maintaining the core principle of node sovereignty: local control over permissions, attribution, and usage rules.
GDX is a standards-based, platform‑agnostic framework designed to enable secure cross‑border collaboration through Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) protocols, including the RESO Web API. By design, GDX does not centralize markets into a single portal or database. Instead, it connects participants through a federated model where the source node remains authoritative.

A strong foundation for international collaboration
Listing+ developed by Frimm S.p.A. and described as integrating MLS, CRM, and AI—reports that it connects over 2,700 real estate professionals in Italy (for a total of more than 900 companies) and supports sharing more than 40,000 listings annually across its network. In late 2025, Listing+ also announced an international collaboration agreement with FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service of Georgia), enabling cross‑border listing access and broker collaboration between the Italian and U.S. markets.
