Ishay Grinberg is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rental Beast. After spending more than 25 years working in the real estate industry, Ishay saw the need for a comprehensive online platform to help renters, landlords, and real estate professionals navigate the rental experience.

Starting in Boston, Ishay spent nearly a decade perfecting the Rental Beast database, gathering millions of listings, and developing influential industry relationships to create a unique and tailored user experience for landlords, property managers, renters, agents, and brokers. Today, Ishay guides the strategic direction of the organization, leading its expansion throughout North America. He is also the inaugural chair of the RESO Residential Rentals Workgroup.

Before launching Rental Beast, Ishay worked as a real estate agent and then as a sales manager for a boutique real estate firm in New York City. Ishay has first-hand experience with every facet of the residential real estate transaction and is all too familiar with the challenges faced by agents, landlords, and renters at each stage of the rental experience. Ishay made his first real estate investment in South Boston, later becoming a developer and a landlord in the area.
