Cliff Long joined the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) in December 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer.

As a principal staff member of one of the largest trade organizations in Central Florida, Long is responsible for all programs and services that ORRA and its subsidiaries provide to its 20,000+ members. His duties include, but are not limited to, overseeing the association’s internal operations and external functions, such as political messaging and advocacy, international outreach, marketing, and communications.

Long is a graduate of Alabama State University and holds the following professional designations:

Long is recognized as one of Orlando Magazine’s “50 Most Powerful People of 2022.” This commendation recognizes the local leaders who have made their indelible mark on the Central Florida community in their unique way, making Orlando a great place to work and live. While under Long’s leadership, ORRA was also named as one of the Best Places to Work in America.

Passionate about his community, Long is also the founder of the Junior Reserve Law Enforcement Program, a work program for teenagers interested in a future career in law enforcement. The program offers high school students an opportunity to engage with police officers, learn about law enforcement and public safety, and earn certifications that can lead to law enforcement careers. With civil unrest and rising racial tensions, Long hopes this program will help bring the community together with the police who serve them.

Long’s vision for Orlando is that Orlando raises its profile as the nation’s premier city for residents to live, work, play, and invest in. He also anticipates Orlando becoming a worldwide example of efficient commerce through real estate transactions facilitated by REALTORS® who demonstrate the highest levels of service and professionalism.
