While under Longās leadership, ORRA was also named as one of the Best Places to Work in America.
Passionate about his community, Long is also the founder of the Junior Reserve Law Enforcement Program, a work program for teenagers interested in a future career in law enforcement. The program offers high school students an opportunity to engage with police officers, learn about law enforcement and public safety, and earn certifications that can lead to law enforcement careers.
