With over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and operations, Stefania has built a reputation for her ability to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, driving growth and delivering strategic solutions for clients.

In her current role, Stefania oversees the operational strategies that support eXp Realty’s rapid expansion in the EMEIA markets. Prior to joining eXp, Stefania held key roles in other major real estate companies such as Century 21 Italy and RE/MAX Italy, where she was instrumental in driving business development, recruiting top talent, and managing large-scale events and projects.

Stefania’s diverse background also includes work in sales, project management, and event planning, having collaborated with organizations like the UK Trade & Investment and FUMAGALLI COMPONENTI SPA. Her international experience, coupled with her strong communication and problem-solving skills, make her a dynamic leader in the real estate industry.

Stefania holds a degree in Political Science from the Università di Pavia and has completed her high school education at the American School of Milan. She is fluent in multiple languages and excels in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
