About REALTOR.ca
REALTOR.ca connects Canadians with property listings, market information, tools, and REALTOR® expertise. The platform launched as MLS.ca in 1995 and was renamed REALTOR.ca in 2008.
Since January 2025, the platform has operated as REALTOR.ca Canada Inc., a separate taxable subsidiary wholly owned by the Canadian Real Estate Association. Its official About page reports more than 100 million visits each year.
REALTOR.ca was an Emerald Sponsor of the 2025 International MLS Forum in Toronto. This is recorded as a past sponsorship and does not represent a current 2026 sponsor relationship.
