About NJMLS
The New Jersey Multiple Listing Service is a not-for-profit membership organization founded in 1977 by REALTORS® for REALTORS®. It provides the structure, policies, systems, and property information that support cooperative real estate sales among its members.
NJMLS serves the Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and Hudson county areas. Its member website provides professional MLS access, while its public website allows consumers to preview member listings.
Alireza Memar, an announced Istanbul 2026 speaker and the chair of the International MLS Forum ambassador network, is connected to NJMLS in the Industry Directory. NJMLS has not been represented as a GDX Network participant or an event sponsor.
