About Lily Chang
Lily Chang is World President of FIABCI for the 2026-2027 term and represents FIABCI-Taiwan in the federation's global leadership.
A real estate developer, entrepreneur and international industry leader, she has more than 37 years of experience spanning real estate development, construction and urban development. She is President of Treasure Dragon Corp., MJ Construction Corp. and Galerie Pierre, and has served as a consultant to the Taichung City Government since 2014.
Her FIABCI leadership has included World President-Elect, World Vice President, Finance Committee President and President of the World Council of Developers and Investors. She has served as President of FIABCI-Taiwan since 2020.
