About John Rowan

John Rowan is Founder of Home Fraud Defense™ and a licensed Arizona real estate professional based in Phoenix. His work focuses on real estate fraud education and consumer protection, including deed theft, seller impersonation and closing fraud.

He developed Home Fraud Defense after working with Scottsdale Police on a forged-deed case. He is a Certified Distance Education Instructor through IDECC and ARELLO and teaches real estate fraud prevention through the company's Arizona-approved education school.
