by We are pleased to officially welcome JASEM ALHOSANI (United Arab Emirates) as the GDX – Global Data Exchange / International MLS Forum (IMLSF) Ambassador for the Middle East.
🇦🇪 Jasem brings more than 25 years of experience in the urban planning, construction, and real estate sectors and currently serves as Operations Lead at Advanced Real Estate Services (ADRES), where he oversees large-scale projects spanning infrastructure, environmental initiatives, and government and private-sector developments. His leadership experience includes managing field teams of more than 40 employees while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, execution, and operational excellence.
His professional background spans PropTech, surveying, project planning, contract management, and real estate valuation, and is supported by two valuation accreditations from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM).
Many members of our community first met Jasem when he spoke at the International MLS Forum in Toronto and Milan, where he shared insights on the rapid evolution of the UAE real estate ecosystem, the growing importance of structured data, PropTech innovation, and global collaboration.
In his new role as GDX / IMLSF Ambassador for the Middle East, Jasem will help strengthen the connection between regional real estate markets and the global MLS community by:
Promoting structured real estate data and MLS standards
Supporting technology-driven modernization of real estate markets
Encouraging cross-border collaboration and listing exchange
Connecting regional leadership with the Global Data Exchange (GDX) initiative
