About Görkem Öğüt
Görkem Öğüt is the CEO and Partner of Emlakjet, Türkiye’s leading real estate platform, and the Co-Founder of Endeksa, a proptech company specializing in AI-powered real estate valuation and data analytics.
He began his career at Netcad, holding various roles in software development, project management, and international projects. He co-founded Neozeka in 2014 and Endeksa in 2017.
Following the merger of Emlakjet and Endeksa in 2026, Öğüt became CEO of Emlakjet, leading its transformation from a traditional property listing platform into an AI- and data-driven real estate decision platform.
With extensive experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and real estate analytics, he focuses on leveraging data and artificial intelligence to bring greater transparency and efficiency to real estate markets.
