Denis Andrian entered the real estate brokerage industry in 1999, gaining extensive experience as a professional real estate agent, CEO, agency director, and development director in Italy, France, and the Principality of Monaco, specializing in residential, luxury, commercial, and hotel sectors. Since March 2021, he has held the position of Ceo of eXp Realty Italy, the international real estate brokerage platform. eXp Luxury Certified Member, Denis continues to actively engage in the real estate luxury market with his team through his long-established company, serving as a family realtor, meeting the investment or divestment needs of families. Over the last decade, he has focused on prestigious properties in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia.

Denis is a firm believer in continuous education, with his mantra being “Continuous and Constant Improvement,” as he believes this is the only way to lead by example for his team. Passionate about personal and professional growth training, in the past year, he has dedicated himself to studying and utilizing Artificial Intelligence, not only from a user perspective but also from a programming standpoint, creating specialized chatbots to meet the needs of real estate agents, becoming one of the most experts of AI for realtors in Italy.
