Denee Evans

Denee Evans is the CEO of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS) – an association of over 230 multiple listing service organizations committed to advancing the MLS.

Denee is an ardent champion for MLSs to better serve brokers and agents by considering consumer needs and advocates for strong MLS governance and leadership as well as best practices and ideas that foster innovation.

REAL Trends Game Changer, RISMedia Newsmaker: The Champions of a Better Way 2020, Swanepoel Power 200, Inman Top 101 in Real Estate, Inman Power Players, and HousingWire Women of Influence have recognized her work and ability to bring amazing people together to help build an efficient, transparent, and pro-competitive marketplace for the benefit of the consumer.

When she is not busy championing the MLS, Denee spends her time as an avid sports parent and coach, fostering dogs and tending to her garden.
