Born in Porto Ercole (southern tuscany) on June 29th, 1966, Cassiano attended the High School in Grosseto (Tuscany) . After a brief stint in the military career he started, in 1990 to works as accountant in his own studio, reaching in short time a good level of work. But thats was not what he was dreaming from life. So thankful to an article of a famous Italian Newspaper talking about the success and the leadership of some American agents he felt in love with real estate.
Starting from this he obtained his Real Estate License in 1990 and decided to move into the real estate business (1992).
He opened his first own real estate Business in 1992 starting to work in southern Tuscany (still operative under the Casaba Group International realty Brand).
In 1994 and from 1994 to 2008 he signed a franchising contract with Gabetti opening several offices in southern Tuscany. In these years he developed and build his career , selling yearly hundreds of properties and specializing in international marketing and sales.
Starting a new chapter in 2009 and from 2009 from 2021, has been Cofounder of Coldwell Banker Italy, Vice President and Coldwell Banker Global Luxury – Italy Director.
Thankful to this experience he had the possibility to travel globally and share ideas and best practices with some of the best real estate managers and agents of the company.
In 2020 Cassiano started his pro-tech chapter co founding 221 luxury (2020-2023), a Global marketplace specialized in Luxury Assets.
In 2024 he founded Hasamia a pro-tech start up ( hybrid agency) able to deliver digital and traditional real estate services with the aim to facilitate and accelerate real estate agent job and modernize the user experience. In 2024 he was re named COO in the new 221luxury company.
