Ileana Preda

Ileana is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning over two decades. She embarked on her real estate journey in 2003, working as a real estate agent in Palm Beach County, Florida, until 2009. Following her time in the United States, she returned to Romania to contribute to the growing real estate market in her home country.

She became a member of  the Professional Association of Real Estate Agents from Romania  shortly after its establishment, in 2010. As a former member of the APAIR Board of Directors she had the chance to understand the needs of the association and its members.

Ileana’s impressive background and expertise led her to take on the role of team leader and trainer for Keller Williams, a renowned real estate company. In this capacity, she leveraged her knowledge and experience to guide and mentor agents, helping them achieve top performance and success.

With her extensive experience as a real estate agent, her involvement in industry associations, and her leadership role within Keller Williams, Ileana has established herself as a trusted professional in the real estate market.
