Jessica Hickok
Jessica Hickok is an accomplished executive leader with a rich history steeped in association management, now serving as the CEO of the ARELLO (Association of Real Estate License Law Officials). Holding a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Oklahoma and a CAE credential, Jessica has over two decades in the top executive roles, including the Greater Springfield Board of REALTORS®, Southern Missouri Regional MLS, and the Oklahoma state Association of REALTORS®. These roles have scored her extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, financial management, and team building.
With Jessica’s administration at ARELLO, an international organization that supports regulatory agencies in the administration and enforcement of real estate license laws, she has honed her skills in cross-functional collaboration with several industry partners in the regulatory space.
ARELLO accredits a national exam for real estate and also hosts the largest worldwide database of real estate license and timeshare registry data. Jessica’s extensive experience and her commitment to innovation and strategic vision have not only made her a highly respected leader in the real estate industry but also a competent navigator of complex and chaotic challenges.
Her ability to drive organizational success in the face of adversity is reflected in the numerous leadership positions and recognitions she has received throughout her career.
